Amy Hall

offers over 25 years of sustainability and CSR (corporate social responsibility) experience. Frequently recognized as a sustainability pioneer, Amy launched and built EILEEN FISHER’s Social Consciousness practice and is considered a leader in the global sustainable apparel and conscious business movements.

Throughout her career, Amy has coached numerous aspiring and established sustainability professionals, from recent college graduates to mid-career transitions. She has advised businesses small and large on impact strategy, circular economy, supply chain human rights, and sustainable workplace practices. Amy is also a sought-after public speaker and educator. In her spare time, Amy enjoys exploring New York’s Hudson Valley by kayak or on her self-built bamboo bicycle.

Anne Poux MacDonald

is a seasoned Organization Development (OD) professional with more than 20 years working in apparel and retail companies. She has led Learning and Development and Organization Development functions, where she has contributed to company growth, partnered in the creation of a Direct to Customer strategy, and helped reorganize Human Resources and OD Business Partner roles in response to organizational needs. For fun, Anne enjoys getting out to golf, traveling and volunteering her technical expertise to a local artists’ guild.

Anela Dujsic

is passionate about using her background in both business and design to help create a more sustainable apparel industry. As a Canadian Account Executive for EILEEN FISHER, Anela led various sustainability initiatives, including looking at how to scale EILEEN FISHER's RENEW program internationally. An avid sewer and maker, Anela recently launched mask and accessory brand Considerate Goods, which is founded on the core values of thoughtful design, careful construction, local production and minimal waste. Anela enjoys walking, hiking, photography, sewing and all things textile craft related!

Siena Spitzer

holds a degree in environmental economics and has a background in marketing, she seeks to help companies drive positive social and environmental impact in a meaningful way. She particularly enjoys creating sustainable impact plans for businesses. Siena has worked with emerging companies, such as Decade of Courage and Mind Frame Digital, to embed social impact from inception. Siena enjoys hiking, rock climbing, cooking, and traveling to new places. On weekends she also enjoys volunteering at her local soup kitchen.
